Preity Zinta Opens Up About Watching Her Films

In a conversation with Hindustan Times, Preity Zinta spoke about her habit of avoiding her own movies. She explained that once a film is completed, she does not usually watch it.

“I can never judge myself on screen. I don’t see myself on screen. Once my movie is done, I don’t watch it,” Preity said.

She added that watching herself makes her feel unusual. She also starts thinking about what she could have done better.

“It’s not like I don’t want to watch, but I cannot. I find it very unusual,” she explained.

Preity Zinta Relates To Vanshika Dhir

Preity also agreed with Vanshika Dhir, who spoke about feeling nervous after seeing herself in the promotional material for her first film.

Vanshika said she was surprised to see herself on the poster. She also described feeling like an impostor when she saw herself on the big screen during the trailer launch.

Preity said such self-doubt can remain even after years of experience in the film industry.

Preity Zinta Takes On An Action Role

The upcoming action comedy gives Preity a chance to perform action sequences. She plays Madam H, a super spy who recruits two ordinary men for a secret mission.

Kunal Kemmu and Sparsh Shrivastava play the two men. Preity said performing stunts involved many technical details. She also praised the action team for their hard work.

She revealed that she wanted to perform most of the action herself. However, she acknowledged the importance of professional stunt performers and the technical team.

Film Set For September 18 Release

The cast also includes Dinesh Lal Yadav and Yashpal Sharma. Sharmila Tagore will appear in a cameo.

Preity Zinta is now preparing for her second project since returning to the industry. The action comedy is scheduled to release in cinemas on September 18.
