Sharjah Ruler Opens Dh700 Million Khor Fakkan Resort With Panoramic View

Khor Fakkan resort project

Khor Fakkan resort project was inaugurated by Sultan bin Muhammad Al-Qasimi on May 7 in the UAE. The new development was built with an investment of Dh700 million by Asas Real Estate, the real estate arm of Sharjah Islamic Bank. The Khor Fakkan resort project aims to boost tourism and attract more investment to the coastal city.

The resort is located in Khor Fakkan and offers beautiful views of the sea, mountains, beach, and city. It includes 573 residential units with one- to four-bedroom apartments. The project also features 16 commercial outlets and modern facilities for residents and visitors. The location is close to the famous Khor Fakkan beach, promenade, and waterfall.

The Khor Fakkan resort project is designed to combine natural beauty with modern living. The development creates a complete residential and tourism environment in one of the UAE’s most attractive coastal areas. Secondary keywords used in the project include Sharjah tourism, UAE resort development, panoramic sea views, luxury apartments, and coastal tourism.

On the same day, the Sharjah Ruler also launched the Abu Kizan Marine Village project in Khor Fakkan. The new tourism destination will cover 7 million square feet. The design is inspired by Italian coastal villages and includes Islamic architectural elements. The project will feature colourful buildings, green spaces, walking paths, and beach areas.

Earlier this year, the Sharjah Ruler also shared plans to transform Khor Fakkan into a green city surrounded by forests. The initiative focuses on environmental sustainability, tree planting, and improving air quality for residents and visitors.
