His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding in Sharjah. The agreement was signed at the University of Kalba headquarters. Dr. Najwa Al Hosani signed for the university. Maryam Al Hammadi signed for NAMA Women Advancement.
