NAMA Talks Series 2025 concluded with strong results, empowering 336 women across Sharjah and Fujairah. The programme was led by NAMA Women Advancement. It ran for five months. The aim was clear. Build skills. Increase awareness. Support confident decision-making for women in today’s fast-changing world.
The NAMA Talks Series 2025 focused on three key areas. These areas shape women’s personal and professional growth. The first topic was financial risk awareness. It helped women understand money matters and make safer financial choices. This session engaged 97 participants in Sharjah, including students, employees, homemakers, and retirees.
The second topic explored artificial intelligence. Titled AI World and How to Profit from It, the session trained 97 women from different age groups. They learned how AI tools can improve work efficiency and create new income opportunities. The content was practical and easy to apply.
The third topic focused on women in STEM fields. It supported 142 final-year students and recent graduates. The sessions offered guidance on career paths in science, technology, and engineering. Women gained clarity and confidence about entering technical sectors.
HE Mariam Al Hammadi, Director General of NAMA, said the series combined financial skills, modern tools, and technical knowledge. Together, these elements help women manage resources and create opportunities. Learning did not stop with participants. Many planned to share knowledge with families and workplaces.
Impact results were strong. About 90 percent of participants said the sessions improved their understanding of finance, AI, engineering, and technology. Many described the programme as inspiring and life-changing.
The NAMA Talks Series 2025 was delivered with partners like the Sharjah Judicial Department and Emirates Global Aluminium. The initiative continues to strengthen women’s empowerment across the UAE.
