UAE weather update: Fair and humid weather expected today

The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has issued a forecast for partly cloudy skies with generally fair conditions across the UAE today.

However, residents can expect some humidity, especially along the coast and inland areas, which could lead to fog or mist formation at night and into Wednesday morning.

Motorists are advised to be cautious on the roads during these times as visibility may be reduced. The NCM also predicts light to moderate winds, with occasional stronger gusts blowing dust westward during the day.

Beachgoers will find pleasant conditions with slight to moderate seas in the Arabian Gulf and slight seas in the Oman Sea.

Temperatures are expected to climb, reaching highs of 45°C in Abu Dhabi and 44°C in Dubai. Residents are reminded to stay hydrated and avoid strenuous activity during the hottest parts of the day. Humidity levels will also be on the rise, ranging from 10% to 85% in Abu Dhabi and 15% to 80% in Dubai.

Those venturing outdoors should wear loose, lightweight clothing, seek shade whenever possible, and carry plenty of water to stay cool and comfortable.
