UAE President, Ajman Crown Prince discuss national priorities and citizens’ wellbeing

UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed met Ajman Crown Prince Sheikh Ammar to discuss national priorities, reaffirming the country’s commitment to citizens’ wellbeing and sustainable development.

ABU DHABI: UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan received His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, in Abu Dhabi, where the two leaders discussed national priorities and reaffirmed the country’s commitment to improving the wellbeing of its people.

According to the Emirates News Agency (WAM), the meeting took place in a majlis attended by senior members of the UAE leadership, government officials and guests.

During the gathering, Sheikh Mohamed and Sheikh Ammar exchanged greetings and engaged in cordial conversations with attendees, reflecting the close ties among the UAE’s leadership and their continued engagement with the community.

The discussions also focused on a range of national issues, with both leaders emphasizing that the welfare and prosperity of UAE citizens remain at the heart of the nation’s long-term development strategy.

The meeting reaffirmed the leadership’s commitment to advancing policies that support sustainable development, strengthen social cohesion and enhance the quality of life across the Emirates.

Among those attending the meeting were H.H. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi; H.H. Lt. Gen. Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior; H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Special Affairs; H.H. Sheikh Zayed bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan; Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence; Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, Adviser to the UAE President, along with several Sheikhs, senior officials, citizens and guests.

The meeting reflects the UAE leadership’s regular consultations on national affairs and its continued focus on ensuring that development initiatives remain aligned with the needs and aspirations of the country’s people.
