Indian Passport Visa Attestation Services in UAE to Pause for Five Days

Indian passport visa attestation services

Indian passport visa attestation services will be temporarily suspended in the UAE for five days due to a change in the outsourced service provider. The transition will affect regular passport, visa, and attestation appointments from June 26 to June 30, 2026. The new service provider, Al Hind Tours and Travel LLC, will officially take over these services from July 1, 2026.

The current providers, BLS International and SGIVS Global, will stop accepting new applications after business hours on June 25. As a result, routine consular services will not be available during the transition period. However, emergency passport, visa, and attestation services will continue through the Embassy of India in Abu Dhabi and the Consulate General of India in Dubai.

This change is part of an effort to improve access to Indian consular services across the UAE. Applicants who need urgent help can contact Indian missions through the toll-free helpline, WhatsApp support, or official email channels during the suspension period.

A new online appointment system will be launched by Al Hind Tours and Travel on July 1. The company will manage passport, visa, and attestation services through a network of 16 centres across all seven emirates. These centres will be located in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, Khor Fakkan, Kalba, and Ras Al Khaimah.

The Indian Embassy has advised the community to follow only official announcements for updates about the transition. Once the transition is complete, Indian passport visa attestation services will resume through the new centres and online portal from July 1.
