How to apply for a Dubai student nol card for reduced fares and discounts
Dubai student nol card is a smart way for students to save money and enjoy extra benefits. Apart from a 50 per cent discount on transport fares, the card now doubles as an international student identity card. This means students in the UAE can access thousands of global shopping, dining, and travel discounts.
New benefits for students
Launched by Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) with the International Student Identity Card (ISIC) Association, the package helps students cut costs. Discounts reach up to 70 per cent on shopping and retail brands worldwide. Students can also use the card for school meals and retail payments across the UAE.
Eligibility
The Dubai student nol card is available to students aged 6 to 23, enrolled in UAE schools or universities.
Requirements
To apply through the nol Pay app, you need:
- Enrolment letter or certificate
- Recent photo with white background
- Valid Emirates ID
How to apply
- Download and log in to the nol Pay app with UAE Pass
- Select Apply for a personalised nol card
- Upload your photo, choose Student, pick your travel class and design
- Add delivery address
- Cards arrive within four working days.

- Silver personalised nol card: Dh70 (Dh50 fee + Dh20 credit)
- ISIC registration: Dh25
