What Salman Khan Said
Salman shared the cafe owner’s video and added a humorous message. He asked for his coffee to be refilled and told the cafe not to increase its prices.
He also asked the cafe to maintain its quality and hygiene. Salman then wrote that he would “send HIM” if hygiene was not maintained. Although he did not mention Mundhe by name, the reference appeared to point toward the FDA commissioner.
The actor also used a variation of his popular “It’s done, bro” phrase. This time, he ended the message with “it’s done sis.”
Why Tukaram Mundhe Was Mentioned
Tukaram Mundhe became a talking point after taking charge as Maharashtra FDA Commissioner on May 26, 2026. According to the report, his team conducted more than 3,000 inspections in two months.
Nearly 165 establishments reportedly had their licences suspended during this period. The inspections covered restaurants, hotels, clubs, fast-food outlets and institutional kitchens.
Officials have taken action over issues including poor hygiene, food adulteration, fake paneer, adulterated milk and unlicensed operations. Mundhe has also been called a “real-life Singham” on social media because of his strict approach.
