Sharjah Police has partnered with The Elite International Group to help personnel own vehicles through a flexible lease-to-own programme without traditional bank financing.
Sharjah Police has signed a new partnership agreement aimed at making vehicle ownership easier and more affordable for its personnel through a flexible lease-to-own programme.
The agreement was signed with The Elite International Group for Commercial Agencies as part of Sharjah Police’s “Tamalluk” (Ownership) initiative, which focuses on improving employee well-being, financial stability and quality of life.
Under the agreement, Sharjah Police staff will be able to acquire vehicles through long-term lease-to-own arrangements without relying on traditional bank financing, offering employees greater flexibility and reduced financial pressure.
The memorandum of understanding was signed by Major General Dr Ali Ahmed Bou Alzoud, Director-General of the General Department of Resources and Support Services at Sharjah Police, and Prakash Thadani, General Manager of The Elite International Group.
The signing ceremony was attended by senior officers and officials from both organizations.
Sharjah Police said the initiative reflects its ongoing commitment to supporting employees beyond the workplace by introducing practical solutions that contribute to social and financial stability.
Major General Dr Bou Alzoud described the agreement as an important addition to the Tamalluk initiative and emphasized the force’s dedication to developing employee-focused programmes that strengthen long-term welfare and workplace satisfaction.
He added that the initiative aligns with Sharjah Police’s broader strategy of creating a sustainable and motivating work environment while expanding the benefits available to personnel.
Through the partnership, employees will gain access to a wider range of vehicles under flexible ownership terms, making car ownership more attainable and reducing the financial burdens often associated with conventional financing systems.
Sharjah Police noted that the programme is expected to further improve employee satisfaction and reinforce the comprehensive support framework provided to its workforce.
