1 Billion Followers Summit took centre stage in Dubai as His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended part of the global event. The summit brought together thousands of digital creators, leaders, and innovators from around the world under one roof.
Held across Emirates Towers, DIFC, and the Museum of the Future, the three-day event is organised by the UAE Government Media Office. It is the fourth edition of the world’s largest gathering focused on the content creator economy. This year’s theme is Content for Good, highlighting purpose-driven digital work.
During his visit, Sheikh Mohammed shared a message on X. He said content creation is a responsibility and a mission. He stressed that digital content can inspire future generations, create economic opportunities, and help build a better future. His words strongly reflected the vision of the 1 Billion Followers Summit.
The summit hosts over 500 speakers. These include global experts, CEOs, and top creators. Together, they reach a combined audience of 3.5 billion followers worldwide. More than 30,000 content creators are attending the event in Dubai.
There are over 580 sessions at the summit. These include keynotes, workshops, debates, and roundtable talks. The sessions are divided into three main tracks. These are Economy, Content, and Technology.
A major highlight is the focus on impact creation. The summit aims to move beyond views and likes. It encourages creators to make meaningful change. As part of this goal, the 1 Billion Followers Summit partnered with MrBeast to launch the 1 Billion Acts of Kindness campaign, supported by MBRGI and the Varkey Foundation.
Dubai continues to strengthen its position as a global hub for digital media, innovation, and positive influence.
