Commemoration Day Ceremony UAE was held at Wahat Al Karama in Abu Dhabi. The event honoured the brave heroes of the nation. H.H. Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, attended the ceremony. H.H. Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan was also present.

During the Commemoration Day Ceremony UAE, Sheikh Hamad laid a wreath at the memorial. This act showed deep respect for the sacrifices made by the martyrs. He also presented the Martyr’s Medal to four families. These families lost their loved ones while protecting the UAE.

The event included a special air show. Fighter jets flew in formation that symbolised the Unknown Soldier. This tribute recognised the courage and loyalty of those who gave their lives for the country.

Many senior UAE leaders attended the ceremony. Among them were H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, and H.H. Lt General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior. Several other members of the Al Nahyan and Al Sharqi families were present. Ministers, officials, military leaders, diplomats, and families of martyrs also joined the event.

The Commemoration Day Ceremony UAE served as a strong reminder of national unity. It highlighted the values of loyalty, sacrifice, and patriotism. The UAE continues to honour its heroes and support their families with pride and gratitude.
