The Emirati Work Package Platform will soon make the hiring process for Emiratis in the private sector faster and easier. The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (MoHRE) announced that this new system will launch by the end of 2025 as part of the national “Work Package” initiative.
The Emirati Work Package Platform will bring all employment services under one digital roof. It will allow Emiratis to apply for private sector jobs, renew or cancel applications, and complete all procedures online without visiting multiple authorities. This unified system supports the UAE government’s Zero Bureaucracy initiative, which focuses on efficiency, speed, and citizen empowerment.
MoHRE said the platform represents a major step toward improving the country’s digital services. It connects federal, local, and private entities through one network, creating an easy, end-to-end employment experience. The system will also use artificial intelligence to speed up verification and reduce paperwork.
Currently, Emiratis applying for private sector jobs must coordinate with several offices, including pension and health insurance departments. The new platform will eliminate these extra steps by integrating all services into a single digital pathway.
This “All-in-One” platform ensures that users only need to submit their data once. It also links with UAE PASS and other national systems for secure and fast processing.
The launch marks a key milestone in MoHRE’s digital transformation strategy, aiming to support Emiratis, boost private sector participation, and enhance the UAE’s position as a global leader in smart governance.
