Sharjah: A prompt intervention by the Indian Association Sharjah (IAS) saved the life of a Kerala teacher who was on the verge of suicide.
The case is being handled under R.I.S.E., a family dispute resolution initiative launched on August 2 in response to the recent suicides of two Kerala women, Athulya and Vipanchika. The program operates in coordination with Sharjah Police’s Community Preventive and Protection Department and the Consulate General of India in Dubai.
