Parkin to Manage 29,600 More Spaces in Dubai Holding Deal

Parkin Dubai has announced a new Parkin Dubai Holding partnership to manage parking operations across several master-planned communities in the city. This move will add around 29,600 paid parking spaces to Parkin’s portfolio, expanding its total developer-owned parking capacity to approximately 50,400 spaces.

Through this Parkin Dubai Holding partnership, the company will handle full end-to-end parking services. The agreement focuses on improving Dubai parking operations management while offering smart parking Dubai 2025 solutions to residents and visitors.

Eng. Mohamed Abdulla Al Ali, Parkin CEO, stated that this partnership strengthens Parkin’s presence in the private developer segment. He said it will allow Parkin to deliver integrated smart mobility parking solutions and enhance overall convenience for drivers.

The initiative aims to introduce a Dubai controlled parking system that helps reduce traffic congestion. It will also ensure better parking congestion Dubai solutions through advanced management practices. According to the company, operational rollout will begin mid-Q3 2025 and proceed in phases.

Parkin’s parking management Dubai operations will cover both paid and free spaces where applicable. The collaboration emphasizes developing unified criteria for using private plots as public parking areas.

Dubai Holding parking spaces will now benefit from Parkin’s expertise in providing Dubai paid parking solutions. This includes deploying technology-driven systems to improve traffic flow and daily mobility experiences.

The Parkin parking portfolio expansion is expected to have a moderate impact on income but will significantly boost operational efficiency. By introducing smart parking measures, Parkin is set to play a major role in shaping Dubai’s future parking infrastructure and delivering a seamless urban mobility experience for residents and visitors alike.
