Career Development Opportunities at Khutwaty 2025
Importantly, Khutwaty, meaning “my step” in Arabic, will showcase six specialised programmes across technical and corporate functions:
1. Cadet Pilot Programme:
This two-year journey blends classroom theory with hands-on flight training in Abu Dhabi and Spain.
Aspiring pilots will develop foundational aviation skills and gain international exposure for a successful career.
2. Cadet Technician Programme:
Participants will receive academic training, GCAA module preparation, and practical experience.
By the end, they will qualify for a Category A Aircraft Maintenance License, opening career opportunities globally.
3. Airport Management Programme:
Participants will rotate through key ground operations, both locally and internationally.
This programme builds leadership skills and prepares Emiratis for supervisory roles at global airports.
4. Bedayati Programme:
Fresh Emirati graduates will gain real-world work experience across several aviation sectors.
Additionally, in partnership with NAFIS, Bedayati offers valuable exposure and a strong start to aviation careers.
5. MBA Future Leader Programme:
This leadership programme provides rotational exposure to core airline functions.
Participants will work alongside senior executives, receive mentorship, and develop strategic leadership capabilities.
6. Emerging Talent Programme:
Young Emiratis with 1–2 years of experience will find opportunities in innovation, digital, finance, and data analytics.
Clear development paths will support their growth into future-focused business areas.
