The official anthem for the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2025, X Dekho, has been released. It sets the stage for an exciting cricket season and celebrates a decade of PSL.
This year’s anthem brings together a powerful mix of artists. Legendary Punjabi singer Abrar-ul-Haq makes his PSL debut. He is joined by renowned singer-songwriter Ali Zafar, dynamic rapper Talha Anjum, and the powerful voice of Natasha Baig. She is also singing her first PSL anthem. Their diverse musical styles promise a thrilling experience for fans.
PSL CEO Salman Naseer shared the inspiration behind the anthem. He said, “The vision was to celebrate a milestone—ten years of PSL. The name X Dekho represents the achievements and challenges the league has overcome over the past decade.”
He further explained the significance of the collaboration. “These four artists bring different backgrounds, genres, and vocal styles. Our goal was to create a song that feels fresh yet familiar. It had to resonate with fans across Pakistan and beyond.”
The anthem aims to ignite excitement for PSL’s 10th edition. With its energetic beats and powerful lyrics, X Dekho captures the passion of cricket fans. The combination of Abrar-ul-Haq’s signature Punjabi vibe, Ali Zafar’s melodic touch, Talha Anjum’s rap energy, and Natasha Baig’s strong vocals makes this anthem unique.
The HBL PSL 2025 season will officially begin on April 11. Defending champions Islamabad United will face two-time winners Lahore Qalandars in the opening match at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. The tournament will feature 34 matches played between six teams.
Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium will host 13 games, including the two Eliminators and the grand final. Fans across the country are eagerly waiting for another thrilling season of Pakistan’s biggest T20 league.
