FIFA Club World Cup Winner to Earn Up to $125 Million

The winner of the expanded FIFA Club World Cup 2025 will receive up to $125 million. FIFA confirmed the prize money on Wednesday.

The tournament, set for June 14 to July 13 in the United States, has a total prize pool of $1 billion. FIFA has now shared the prize distribution for all 32 teams.

UAE club Al Ain FC will be one of four Asian representatives. The competition will bring together top clubs from around the world.

Each team will earn a share of the $525 million participation fund. Meanwhile, an extra $475 million will be awarded based on performance.

The champion, after playing seven matches, could earn up to $125 million. This includes additional bonuses for advancing through rounds.

European clubs will receive the highest payouts in Club World Cup. Their earnings will range from $12.81 million to $38.19 million. The exact amount will depend on sporting and commercial factors.

South American teams will each collect $15.21 million. Meanwhile, clubs from North and Central America, the Caribbean, Asia, and Africa will receive $9.55 million each.

Auckland City, the only representative from Oceania, will take home $3.58 million.

FIFA President Gianni Infantino highlighted the record-breaking payouts. “This marks the highest-ever prize money for a tournament with group and knockout stages,” he said.

Additionally, FIFA will introduce a $250 million solidarity program. This initiative aims to support football development worldwide.

Infantino emphasized that all tournament proceeds will be reinvested into club football. FIFA remains committed to growing the sport globally.
