Sharjah Real Estate

The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), in partnership with the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD), has announced the largest-ever edition of the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition – ACRES. The event will take place from January 22 to 25 at Expo Centre Sharjah.

This year’s exhibition, held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, will feature over 110 exhibitors. These include major real estate development and investment companies, top-tier property developers, and first-time participants. The exhibition spans 10,000 square meters and will debut several innovative projects premiering for the first time.

Prominent attendees of Presser

The announcement was made during a press conference at the SCCI headquarters. Prominent officials attended the event, including Mohammad Ahmed Amin Al Awadi, Director-General of SCCI. Additionally, Abdulaziz Rashid Al Saleh, Director of SRERD, and Saeed Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Organising Committee of ACRES, were present. Also in attendance were Salem Ali Al Ghaithi, Director of Sharjah Broadcasting Authority (SBA), and Abdul Aziz Al Shamsi, Assistant Director-General for Communication and Business Sector at SCCI. Furthermore, Nawaf Obeid, CEO of Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition “ACRES,” and Sultan Shataf, Commercial Director at Expo Centre Sharjah, participated.

The exhibition will showcase a wide range of real estate projects and investment opportunities. These include residential, commercial, and industrial properties, as well as land parcels and hospitality developments. Moreover, exclusive discounts and special deals will be offered, intensifying competition among property developers and investors.

The event’s growing reputation as a global real estate hub is evident in its exhibitor turnout. This highlights ACRES as a strategic platform for property development, expertise exchange, and showcasing prominent projects.

“The sustainable growth in Sharjah’s real estate market is evident,” said Al Awadi. He noted a 35.6% increase in transaction volume during the first half of 2024 compared to 2023. The total value of transactions reached AED 18.2 billion.

ACRES 2025 will also feature educational sessions. These will address the latest legal frameworks, regulations, and practical guidelines for property developers and potential buyers. The sessions aim to enhance best practices in real estate investment.

Additionally, the exhibition will see the return of the Egyptian Real Estate Pavilion. Leading Egyptian companies will present a diverse portfolio of projects. These include residential, commercial, administrative, and coastal units. The projects are located in prime locations such as New Administrative Capital, New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, October City, Ain Sokhna, North Coast, and Ras El Hekma.
