- Successful exit from a previous startup, with a minimum exit value of Dh7 million, subject to approval from the Ministry of Economy or other relevant regulatory entities.

People working in cultural creatives such as culture, arts and designers can also apply for a Golden Visa. Creative professionals within the realms of culture, arts, and design are eligible to apply for the Golden Visa, provided they fulfill the following requirements:

- Abu Dhabi: Applicants from Abu Dhabi are required to secure a nomination or approval letter from the Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism.

Securing a nomination letter marks the initial step in the application process, however, it does not ensure eligibility for the Golden Visa. Additional documentation is necessary:
