  • Establishment of an innovative business – Secure endorsement from a recognized business incubator, the Ministry of Economy, or local regulatory bodies for the launch of a new enterprise within the UAE.
  • Successful exit from a previous startup, with a minimum exit value of Dh7 million, subject to approval from the Ministry of Economy or other relevant regulatory entities.

Creative Professionals in Culture and Arts

People working in cultural creatives such as culture, arts and designers can also apply for a Golden Visa.   • Proof of receiving artistic or cultural awards or recognition from recognized bodies.

Athletes

Additionally, professional athletes are also eligible for the Golden Visa. They are required to provide a recommendation letter from the General Sports Authority, Dubai Sports Council, or Abu Dhabi Sports Council.
