Saiko Shimazaki new role begins as she takes charge as Global Director – Global Logistics at DP World. She announced the appointment on LinkedIn, saying she is excited to start a new chapter and support the company’s strategic global key accounts from Tokyo, Japan.
Before taking on Saiko Shimazaki new role, she spent several rewarding years helping businesses establish, grow, and expand from Jebel Ali. In her new position, she will work more closely with customers’ operations and supply chains on a global scale. She also expressed gratitude for the opportunity to collaborate with talented colleagues across DP World’s international network and said she looks forward to achieving new goals together.
Shimazaki brings more than 15 years of international experience in commercial leadership, global trade, and supply chain solutions. She has led cross-functional initiatives across multinational environments and is fluent in Japanese, English, and Spanish. Her experience includes aligning senior stakeholders across regions and cultures while supporting business growth.
In her current responsibilities at DP World, Shimazaki focuses on strategic global key accounts. She helps customers grow by using the company’s integrated portfolio of ports, terminals, logistics, marine services, economic zones, and end-to-end supply chain solutions. Saiko Shimazaki new role further strengthens DP World’s efforts to deliver global logistics services and support international trade through strong customer partnerships.
