Dubai Parking Tariffs 2025: Peak Hours, Free Parking and New Zones Decoded

Dubai parking tariffs 2025

Dubai parking tariffs 2025 are now fully in place across 17 key areas of the city. The new and revised parking fees were rolled out by Parkin, Dubai’s largest paid public parking operator, to improve parking use and reduce traffic in busy locations.

Dubai parking tariffs 2025 were introduced gradually during the year. The changes include new parking zones, revised hourly rates, updated daily caps, and adjusted subscription packages. The goal is to better manage demand in residential, commercial, and high-traffic areas across the emirate.

Under the updated system, parking charges start from Dh2 for 30 minutes or one hour in some zones. In premium or high-demand areas, the cost can reach up to Dh36 for 24 hours. Monthly parking subscriptions now start at Dh300, while annual packages go up to Dh4,040, depending on location and demand.

Free parking remains available on Sundays and official public holidays in many zones. Worshippers can also park for free during prayer times near mosques, as designated mosque parking zones continue under the new structure.

Several areas saw notable updates. Al Sufouh 2 (Zone F) now charges Dh2 for 30 minutes, Dh4 per hour, and Dh32 for a full day. New W and WP zones were added in Al Qusais 1, Al Karama, Dubai Maritime City, and Al Kifaf. W zones charge Dh4 per hour all day. WP zones charge Dh4 off-peak and Dh6 during peak hours.

Paid parking was also introduced or expanded in Mirdif, Al Jaddaf, Gate Avenue-Al Khail, and major hubs like Dubai Studio City, Dubai Sports City, and Dubai International Academic City. Daily caps in these areas range from Dh20 to Dh36.

These updates aim to make parking smoother, fairer, and more efficient for residents, workers, and visitors.
