The attraction usually reopens during October after its summer closure. Season 30 opened on October 15, 2025. Therefore, visitors can expect Global Village Dubai 2026 to return around the middle of October, subject to official confirmation.
Why Does Global Village Close In Summer?
Global Village closes during the summer because most of the attraction is outdoors. Dubai’s extreme summer heat makes normal operations difficult.
The summer break also allows teams to complete maintenance work. They can also prepare new attractions, pavilions and experiences for the upcoming season.
Global Village had temporarily closed earlier in 2026 because of regional uncertainty linked to the conflict involving the US, Israel and Iran. It reopened on April 20 and later closed its 30th season on May 31.
What Can Visitors Expect In Season 31?
Global Village brings different cultures together in one destination. Visitors can explore cultural pavilions, restaurants, street-food areas, shops, rides and entertainment.
The attraction has more than 25 major cultural pavilions representing over 80 countries. It also has thousands of shopping outlets selling products from different parts of the world.
The Carnaval zone offers more than 200 rides, games and attractions. Food lovers can also choose from hundreds of dining options, including restaurants, cafés and street-food concepts.
How Much Do Tickets Cost?
Global Village has traditionally offered affordable entry, with tickets starting at around Dh25. Entry is free for children under three, senior citizens and people of determination, subject to the attraction’s current terms and conditions.
As Season 31 approaches, Global Village is expected to announce more details, including the official opening date and new experiences.
