PublisHer Pathways UAE Program is creating new career opportunities for women who want to enter the publishing and media industry in the UAE. Bodour Al Qasimi shared this exciting initiative to help women move from education into real company experience. The program is launched in partnership with Motivate Media Group, one of the region’s leading media organizations.
The four-week internship program will select five women based in the UAE. Participants will work across editorial, marketing, advertising, and digital strategy teams. They will also complete a final capstone project and present it to company leaders. The goal is to give young women hands-on publishing experience and improve career growth in media.
PublisHer Pathways UAE Program was designed to close the gap between education and employment. Bodour Al Qasimi thanked Ian Fairservice and Motivate Media Group for supporting the idea and becoming the first company partner in this initiative.
Applications are now open and will close on 30 June 2026. Women interested in publishing careers, media internships, and digital marketing opportunities are encouraged to apply through the official Women in Publishing platform.
