Abu Dhabi Offers 3-Day Free Entry Across Museums and Cultural Sites

Abu Dhabi offers 3-day

Abu Dhabi offers 3-day free access to museums and cultural sites during International Museum Day celebrations. Visitors can enjoy special events, workshops, and guided tours from May 16 to 18. The programme highlights culture, history, and art across the emirate. Families, tourists, and students can explore famous attractions without paying entry fees.

Many top destinations are part of this event. These include the Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi, Louvre Abu Dhabi, Zayed National Museum, and Qasr Al Hosn. The activities will take place in the Saadiyat Cultural District, Al Ain, and Delma Island. The initiative supports this year’s theme, “Museums Uniting a Divided World.”

At Louvre Abu Dhabi, guests can join free gallery tours and children’s workshops. Zayed National Museum will host storytelling sessions, traditional performances, and family activities. The Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi will offer creative workshops such as sun printing, mini exhibit building, and science activities for children.

Abu Dhabi offers 3-day opportunities for visitors to learn about UAE heritage and history. Al Ain Culture Sites will present conservation programmes and guided tours across UNESCO-listed landmarks. Abu Dhabi Libraries will also organise storytelling and art activities for children and young teens.

Qasr Al Hosn and Manarat Al Saadiyat will host interactive cultural experiences. University students can also join special museum career programmes at Al Maqta’a Museum. Organisers advised visitors to book tickets early for selected venues.

This free cultural event gives residents and tourists a chance to discover Abu Dhabi’s museums, heritage sites, and artistic experiences in a fun and educational way.
