UAE Developer Arada Is Building Restaurants Too — With Tashas

Arada Tashas restaurant venture has been announced as a new move in the UAE’s food and beverage sector. The Sharjah-based developer Arada has entered a joint venture with the hospitality company Tashas Group to expand into dining and lifestyle offerings.

The Arada Tashas restaurant venture will see a Dh100 million investment. The plan is to open a minimum of 10 outlets across the UAE and Gulf markets in the next two years. These include tashas Aljada in Sharjah, opening in December 2025. And followed by new outlets in Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Nad Al Sheba, and a Cafe Sofi concept in 2026.

Arada, known for developing master communities such as Aljada and Masaar, is moving beyond housing projects to include lifestyle, wellness, and hospitality in its offerings. According to the company, food and beverage is a vital part of long-term community planning. The partnership with Tashas reflects a focus on creativity, premium dining, and quality experiences.

Tashas Group, founded by Natasha Sideris, is already recognized for its upscale cafe concepts. This joint venture allows the brand to reach more suburban neighborhoods. Where dining options are usually limited to malls and central districts.

Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, Group CEO of Arada, said the collaboration is part of a strategy to create lifestyle-first communities. With new cafes and restaurants planned across multiple emirates, residents can expect more choice and convenience in everyday dining.

This expansion highlights the growing demand for premium F\&B in the UAE. It also shows how real estate developers are diversifying into hospitality to add value for their communities.
