Earlier, Shilpa announced that Bastian Bandra had closed its doors, but clarified that it was not the end of the brand. Instead, it was relocating and expanding. The actress revealed that Bastian would reopen in Juhu as Bastian Beach Club, while a new restaurant named Ammakai will take over the Bandra spot, serving authentic South Indian Mangalorean cuisine close to her roots.
