The film opened with Rs28.75 crore ($3.26 million) worldwide on day one. It became the highest first-day collection for a Hindi film with a debutant male lead. By its first weekend, the film had earned Rs83 crore in India and Rs119 crore globally. Within the first week, it touched Rs250.5 crore worldwide, even crossing the lifetime collection of several big films.
By its sixth week, Saiyaara box office triumph had collected Rs335.55 crore net in India and Rs168.4 crore overseas. Its global total now stands at Rs565.36 crore ($64.1 million). The movie is the second-highest-grossing Hindi film of 2025, only behind Chhaava.
Audiences loved the emotional story of a troubled musician and a shy poet. The fresh pairing of Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda has won hearts. The music, composed by Mithoon and Tanishk Bagchi, also went viral, with the title track becoming a cultural hit.
