Ismail El Laithy tragic death has shocked fans across Egypt. The popular shaabi singer died from serious injuries after a car crash on the Assiut–Minya road. He was 36 years old. The accident happened while he was returning from a wedding performance in Assiut. Local media confirmed the details.
El Laithy was rushed to Mallawi General Hospital. Doctors said he had a skull fracture, brain bleeding, rib fractures, and lung damage. He was placed on a ventilator. Despite all efforts, he died on Monday. His passing comes only one year after losing his 5-year-old son, a tragedy that broke him emotionally.
