Discussions stressed that the future of Arab training depends on skilled trainers who can compete at regional and global levels. Speakers highlighted the need to balance modern skills with Arab cultural identity and social values. They agreed that training systems must adapt quickly to economic change, new careers, and evolving workplace demands.
One key recommendation was stronger cooperation between training institutes, universities, and government bodies. Experts said such partnerships will improve quality and relevance. Dr Younis Hassan Ali Al Hosani, Chairman of the Irth Foundation, said the forum offered a strong platform for exchanging ideas. He noted that its outcomes will help empower Arab trainers and raise training standards. He added that these steps will support sustainable development in education across Arab countries.
