In 2024, rental prices in the Burj  approached the peak levels seen during 2015-2016. During this period:

Rent for 1-bedroom units peaked at over Dh180,000 annually.

Meanwhile, in 2024, rentals for similar units range from Dh150,000 to Dh180,000, influenced by floor levels and furnishings.
