The athletic hottie announced the news to his fans in a crying x account (formerly Twitter).
A million million – 1 BILLION strong! 5-time Ballon d’Or winner wrote, “This number is not just a stat; it an expression of our mutual love, will, and dedication to the game and so much more. From the streets of Madeira to the biggest stages in the world, I have always played for my family and my fans, now I bring 1 billion of us together,” the post continued.
Ronaldo writes a “thank you” letter to his fans, thanking them for being there for him “every step of the way,” believing in him, and standing by his side through his good and bad times.
You’ve helped me through all the hills and valleys, every step of the way. This adventure is all of ours, and we have all shown, together, that there are no limits to what we can do. He thanked us for thinking in him, for backing him, for being a part of his life.
CR7 also made a promise to his fans that they would make history together still. “The captain of Al Nassr concluded by stating that we will continue to push, win, and make history together as the best is still to come.”
That the Portuguese footballer holds this record as the all-time first player to score 900 goals in the sport. CR7 has the most followers on his Instagram and just made a YouTube channel “UR Ronaldo.
Just two hours after its launch, his channel gained more than one million subscribers, setting a record for the fastest growth in followers.
