Public holiday announced on this day

The Federal Authority for Human Resources declared that September 15 (Sunday) will be a public holiday for federal government employees to celebrate the birthday of Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).

The Authority announced on social media that it has distributed a notice to government ministries and federal entities about the holiday schedule for the year 1446 AH in the Islamic calendar.

According to the Cabinet’s decision on the approved official holiday schedule for the government and private sectors in 2024, the Prophet’s birthday holiday falls on Sunday, September 15.
