The weather turned pleasant in the UAE after parts of Fujairah experienced light rainfall early Sunday morning.
The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) reported that overcast skies were observed in several areas across the UAE.
The country’s weather is predicted to stay warm today. The most recent NCM update indicates that sky may occasionally be partly overcast to cloudy with a probability of midday rain, especially across the eastern emirates, which includes Fujairah.
According to reports, rain was seen in Fujairah at approximately 6:00 am. @storm_ae posted videos of the short downpours on Instagram.
Today’s highest temperature is predicted to be between 41 and 45°C, while the lowest temperature is predicted to be between 25 and 30°C. At 7:15 a.m., the lowest temperature ever recorded in Ras Al Khaimah was 26.1°C at Al Heben Mountain.
According to the NCM, dust will be blown throughout the nation by moderate northwesterly to southwesterly winds that can reach up to 40 km/h. These winds will travel at rates of 15–25 km/h. It is predicted that the water will be mild to moderate in the Oman water and sometimes rough in the Arabian Gulf.
Weather Outlook for Monday
It is expected to be partly overcast to cloudy on Monday. Low clouds are predicted to form over the eastern coast, and during the afternoon, some wet clouds may form and move eastward and southward, perhaps bringing further rain.
According to the prediction, rain is expected to continue across the country’s east and south before progressively clearing off by Wednesday morning. The Arabian Gulf will have occasional rough seas, while the Oman Sea will see moderate to rough seas. The sea conditions will stay mild to moderate.
