Portugal’s star footballer Cristiano Ronaldo has taken legal action to save his wealth from his girlfriend, Georgina Rodriguez.
According to a report by Portuguese TV, the couple has signed a binding agreement that outlines the division of assets in the event of a separation.
According to the deal, Georgina would get a monthly income of 100,000 euros (about 30 million Pakistani rupees) to protect the future of their children, while Ronaldo will keep a sizeable share of his lucrative estate. Georgina will also receive the La Finca mansion, which was featured on her Netflix reality programme, and this sum is also expected to grow in the case of a split.
Since 2016, Georgina and Ronaldo have been together, and they are coparents to five children: Eva Maria, Mateo Ronaldo, Bella Esmeralda, Alana Martina, and Ronaldo Jr. This agreement emphasizes the value of financial security in their relationship, even if the couple has been together for a long time without being married.
It may surprise some that Ronaldo decided to take a legal action, but it’s evident that he wants to safeguard his fortune and reputation. One of the richest players in the world, Ronaldo is reported to be worth over $500 million. This arrangement makes sure that his assets are protected, no matter what happens to his relationship with Georgina in the future.
