K-Pop band Blackpink announces 2025 world tour dates

Blackpink

Blackpink is set to thrill fans with a massive 2025 world tour. The group will perform in Asia, the U.S., and Europe.

Lisa, Rose, Jisoo, and Jennie will headline stadiums this summer, according to People. Excitement is already building among their global fanbase.

YG Entertainment’s founder, Yang Hyun-suk, confirmed their comeback in July 2024. He revealed they are preparing both new music and a tour. “Blackpink’s return is highly anticipated,” he said in a video translated from Korean. “We are working hard for their success.”

Blackpink first gained fame in 2016 with Boombayah, which topped Billboard’s World Digital Songs chart. Their hits DDU-DU DDU-DU and Kill This Love followed. In 2019, they made history as the first Korean girl group to perform at Coachella. Their influence continues to grow worldwide.

For over a year, members have focused on solo projects. Jennie debuted in HBO’s The Idol and released new music. Meanwhile, Rose dropped her album Rosie in December 2024, featuring APT, a hit collaboration with Bruno Mars.

The tour kicks off in South Korea in early July. Blackpink will then perform in U.S. stadiums before heading to Europe. Their Wembley Stadium show in August will be historic. They will be the first K-pop girl group to perform there.

Tickets go on sale Thursday, February 27, at LiveNation.com. Fans should act fast to secure their seats.
