The announcement was made on Day 3 of the World Government Summit 2025. During the session, Musk spoke virtually with Omar AlOlama, UAE’s Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy, and Remote Work Applications.
“It will be like a wormhole,” Musk said, hinting at the futuristic nature of the system.
