“If you’re tired, get up. No matter how exhausted you feel. If you can’t sleep, don’t force it. Do something, and sleep will come naturally,” he advised. Salman Khan revealed that his hectic lifestyle often limits his sleep to one and a half to two hours. Occasionally, he gets seven hours of rest.
Sharing more about his coping strategies, Salman Khan mentioned taking quick naps during breaks. “Sometimes, I’ll catch a five-minute nap between shots by sleeping on a chair. In situations where I have no control, like during my time in jail, I slept because there was nothing else to do,” he explained. Moreover, he highlighted the importance of consistently showing up for work, family, and friends despite challenges.
Khan’s imprisonment stemmed from a controversial blackbuck poaching case in 1998, which continues to be a subject of public discussion.
