Rain likely in Sharjah amid cooler temperatures

UAE Weather

Sharjah residents can expect a shift in weather as rain is forecasted alongside a noticeable drop in temperatures. According to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM), tomorrow’s weather will feature partly cloudy to cloudy skies. These conditions will be more prominent in northern, eastern, and coastal regions. Additionally, a gradual cooling trend will accompany the potential rainfall.

Furthermore, humidity levels are predicted to rise during the night and early morning on Friday in Sharjah and rest of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This will create favorable conditions for fog or light fog formation. Therefore, motorists are advised to exercise caution in areas with reduced visibility due to fog.

In its daily report, the NCM highlights light to moderate winds, occasionally becoming stronger and stirring up dust. These winds will predominantly blow from the northwest at speeds between 10 and 25 km/h. At times, gusts could reach up to 40 km/h.

Moreover, marine conditions will reflect the changing weather patterns. The Arabian Gulf is expected to experience rough to moderate seas. Meanwhile, the Oman Sea will see moderate to slight waves.

Overall, this change in weather marks a refreshing break from the recent heat. It provides cooler and more dynamic conditions for residents. With rain on the horizon, it’s a good time to enjoy the outdoors while staying prepared for wet weather.
