The Dubai Civil Defence received the emergency call at 10:33 PM. Responders from the Al Barsha Fire Station were dispatched immediately. Firefighters arrived at the scene within five minutes, at 10:38 PM, and quickly began tackling the blaze.
The fire was localized to the front facade of the eight-story building. By 11:05 PM, emergency teams had brought the flames under control. Cooling operations were completed by 11:48 PM. However, officials have not yet disclosed the cause of the incident.
