A powerful explosion at Quetta railway station has claimed the lives of 22 people and injured more than 50, with several victims in critical condition.
According to Pakistani media,the blast occurred near the ticket countr, and initial investigations suggest it was a suicide attack. More than hundred people were present at the station at the time, and two trains were set to depart from the platform. As soon as the Jaffer Express arrived, the explosion took place.
