The annual Sharjah International Book Fair (SIBF), one of the world’s largest literary festivals, is set to take place from November 1 to November 12, 2024, at the Expo Centre in Sharjah. Organized by the Sharjah Book Authority (SBA), the festival brings together global literary talent, artists, and intellectuals, promoting Sharjah’s cultural and literary heritage.
This year, the festival will have Emir of Sharjah, His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, as the chief guest, underlining the emirate’s commitment to culture, knowledge, and education.

Literary enthusiasts will have the chance to meet renowned international and local authors, engage in thought-provoking conversations, and explore the latest in literature, publishing, and art.
In an exciting addition, Kuwaiti singer Humood Alkhudher will perform his soulful hits at the book fair. Known for his uplifting and spiritual music, Alkhudher’s performance is expected to captivate audiences and add a unique cultural dimension to the festival.
