The National Centre of Meteorology said the day will generally be pleasant with occasional clouds near the coasts and islands. By morning, low clouds will emerge along the East coast.
Moderate winds will blow, occasionally strengthening and causing blowing dust to move towards the East. Some Western areas may experience the development of fog or mist.
The Met Department in the UAE has issued a warning for fog with a yellow alert. There is a possibility of fog developing with decreased visibility, which could worsen at times in certain coastal and inland areas between 2am and 9am on Thursday.
The country may experience temperatures as high as 47ºC. Mercury is expected to increase to 30ºC in Abu Dhabi and 32ºC in Dubai.
Nevertheless, Abu Dhabi may see temperatures drop as low as 42ºC, while Dubai could experience temperatures as low as 44ºC, and internal areas may reach 23ºC.
There will be humidity during the night and on Friday morning. In Abu Dhabi, levels will vary from 20 to 60 per cent, while in Dubai they will range from 20 to 50 per cent.
The sea conditions in the Arabian Gulf and Oman sea will be calm.
