The ADIHEX 2024 Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition will showcase the UAE’s cultural heritage, however, it will also combine that with the technological aspect.
The exhibition is to be located at the ADNEC Centre in Abu Dhabi from August 31 to September 8, 2024 and will combine the old and the new, the cultural wealth of the Emirates, and its technological developments.
And beneath the patronage of Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Ruler’s Representative in the Al Dhafra Region and Chairman of the Emirates Falconer’s Club, ADIHEX goes on with its purpose of keeping the UAE’s cultural heritage alive.
It is organized by the Emirates Falconers’ Club, one of the strategic partners of ADNEC Group, The event has a history of over 22 years and is the largest of its kind in the Middle East and North Africa region.
ADIHEX is not only an exhibition, it is a cultural experience, from traditional performances, to live historical displays, to exhibitions that honor the region’s heritage.
And then there’s the fact that they are going to have the ADIHEX Knowledge Hub, which will feature live displays and workshops on several cultural and environmental topics such as falconry, horsemanship, desert survival, and Emirati handicrafts, all of which will be presented by the experts in the field.
It’s not only cultural, the ADIHEX will also showcase the latest innovations and trends in 11 categories, which include hunting, equestrian, cultural heritage preservation, tourism, marine, marine sports, and outdoor sports. This is not just any museum, but an interactive one to its fullest capacity, from the hunting and riding fanatics to those who simply want to feel the cultural history of the UAE.
That will also include readings every day from well-known poets and up-and-coming ones. A lot of the readings will be about falconry, hunting, and other random stuff that is rooted in the UAE’s past. ADIHEX 2024 is much more than an exhibition, it is a tribute to the past, present, and future of the UAE, a new avenue of business, and a channel of innovation, yet it is also a reminder of the traditions that have built the UAE into what it is today.
