The United Arab Emirates is poised for a day characterized by generally fair weather, featuring partly cloudy skies across various regions on Tuesday, August 13, as per forecasts from the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM).
The meteorological outlook indicates that the eastern and southern locales are poised for a predominantly cloudy day, with the likelihood of low cloud formations becoming increasingly apparent by the afternoon.
Furthermore, the NCM has observed a marginal increase in temperatures, with the highest recorded temperatures expected to reach 48°C in Mezaira and Al Quaa, marking a slight elevation from the previous day’s recorded high of 46°C and 47°C.
In the cities of Abu Dhabi and Dubai, the forecasted temperatures are set to escalate to 46°C and 47°C, respectively, while the mountainous areas are anticipated to experience cooler temperatures, ranging from around 22°C.
The humidity levels are projected to exhibit a significant variation, with the mountainous regions potentially reaching as low as 15% and the coastal areas and islands experiencing humidity levels as high as 85%.
The weather is expected to feature light to moderate winds, with occasional gusts that may provide a refreshing effect. The sea conditions are anticipated to be of a slight to moderate nature in both the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea.
