UAE introduces installment payment for fees and fines

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) has introduced a new service allowing customers to pay ministry fees and administrative fines in installments.

This initiative aims to provide greater financial flexibility to residents.

The installment payment option is available to customers holding credit cards from five specific banks. To take advantage of this service, customers should contact their respective banks. The participating banks and their minimum installment amounts are as follows:

  • Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank: Minimum installment of Dh1,000
  • Commercial Bank International: Minimum installment of Dh500
  • Commercial Bank of Dubai: Minimum installment of Dh500
  • Mashreq Bank: Minimum installment of Dh500
  • Rakbank: Minimum installment of Dh500

This new service is designed to make financial obligations more manageable for individuals and businesses, offering a convenient solution for spreading the cost of fees and fines over time. For further details, customers are encouraged to reach out to their bank’s customer service department.

The move reflects MOHRE’s ongoing efforts to enhance customer experience and support financial stability within the community.
