Sharjah’s Consultative Council (SCC) is preparing to wrap up its current session, all while emphasizing its ongoing commitment to serving the emirate’s citizens and residents.
Dr. Abdullah Belhaif Al Nuaimi, the Council’s Chairman, reiterated the council’s vital role as a platform for public concerns and a driving force behind Sharjah’s sustainable development.

Dr. Al Nuaimi chaired the fifth meeting of the SCC’s Office, where members discussed various agenda items, including the upcoming conclusion of the council’s current session. This follows a decree by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Ruler of Sharjah.
The meeting also saw the participation of key figures, including the Vice Chairman, committee chairs, and council members. Additionally, legal advisors and administrative officials were present to support the discussions.
Proposals submitted by both council members and the public were reviewed, highlighting the council’s dedication to maintaining a dialogue with the community. These proposals address various concerns and contribute to shaping the council’s focus areas.
