The emirate is gearing up to host the Sharjah International Conference for Linguistic Intelligence, a major event exploring the connections between language, artificial intelligence (AI), and cultural development.
Held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Ruler of Sharjah, the conference will take place from October 17th to 19th, 2024.
Organized by the American University of Sharjah (AUS) and the Emirates Scholar Center for Research and Studies, this conference promises to be a one-stop shop for anyone interested in language and technology. Over 600 participants, including researchers, professors, and industry professionals, are expected to attend. The event will feature more than 100 presentations and 20 workshops, offering a chance to learn and discuss the latest advancements.
Her Excellency Sheikha Bodour bint Sultan Al Qasimi, President of AUS, highlighted the significance of the event.
